Product Description:

This product is a wax dispersion developed for water-based systems, which can significantly improve the surface properties of carriers such as ink and varnish, enhance the wear resistance, smoothness, weather resistance, and water resistance of coatings, and is a cost-effective water-based wax product.

2、 Technical data

1. Appearance: white lotion

3、 Performance characteristics

1. Using hard high-density polyethylene wax as raw material and unique emulsification equipment and process.

2. The slurry has good stability and is easily dispersed.

3. The slurry tends to be alkaline. If used in acidic systems, it is recommended to neutralize the pH value before use.

4. This wax slurry focuses on abrasion resistance, which has a significant impact on the gloss of the system. It is recommended to be used in ink and matte oil products.

4、 Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up in a short period of time.

3. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake well before use. After storing for a period of time, occasional layering may occur, but it is easy to mix evenly after stirring and does not affect use.
